Returns Policy
If you have changed your mind about keeping your order, please contact us with your name and order number by emailing enquiries@twiceasnice.store.
We accept returns within 30 days from the date your order was delivered. Twice as Nice does not offer a free returns service, and return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Please keep proof of postage, as Twice as Nice cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged during transit.
All goods must be returned in their original sealed packaging and in a resalable condition. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
“Original condition” means the product is in its original packaging, unopened, unused, and in a condition fit for resale.
If returned bundles contain missing or damaged items, Twice as Nice reserves the right to apply a charge to cover these costs, which may reduce the refund amount.
We aim to process returns within 5 days of receiving the items. Once processed, a refund (minus original shipping costs) will be issued to your original payment method.
Any damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to enquiries@twiceasnice.store.
Please do not dispose of the damaged product until we confirm this in writing, as it may need to be returned for inspection.
We cannot accept claims for damaged, broken, or missing items after this 48-hour period. By placing
an order with Twice as Nice, you agree to our returns policy.
